He also designs plans for professional firms and businesses of all sizes to help them accelerate their retirement savings by adding a Cash Balance plan or simply maximizing their 401(k) Profit Sharing plans.

Ken has recently launched a new program at Kravitz called Cash Balance Coach^® working with Investment Advisors to teach them how to grow their business by marketing and selling Cash Balance Plans.

Ken brings a broad range of business experience to Kravitz. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1995 and worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 10 years. In addition Ken has served in Christian ministry for 15 years, five of them as a senior pastor.
