Ken Guidroz

Director of New Plan Design

Ken serves as Director of New Plan Design for Kravitz. He speaks on retirement plan issues to CEO groups, trade organizations, CPA and financial planning societies. He designs plans for professional firms and businesses of all sizes to help them accelerate their retirement savings by adding a Cash Balance plan or simply maximizing their 401(k) Profit Sharing plans. Ken helped create and launch the Kravitz Cash Balance Coach^® program in 2009. He has taught close to 400 financial advisors and retirement professionals how to grow their businesses by marketing and selling Cash Balance Plans. Ken brings a broad range of business experience to Kravitz. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1995 and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years. In addition, Ken has served in Christian ministry for 15 years, five of them as a senior pastor.
